OK, so meth lab busts are supposedly down because of enforcement and restrictions on purchase of common cold remedies. But now foreign drug cartels are filling the void with massive production in Mexico and Central America. Now can I finally go back to purchasing some Pseudafed to relieve nasal congestion without having to sign a log book like I am a citizen of a communist state or a convicted felon?
